============== * HELL YEAH! * ============== You and your twin brother are part of an elite special service unit on a top secret mission. Suddenly, a hellish void opens up and entices him through... Now you're under attack from strange creatures and must fight to survive in the hope of finding him! Luckily you've brought plenty of ammo, and there are various power-ups available: POW - increases power of shots. RAPID - increases rate of fire. SHIELD - temporary invulnerability from enemies. There are also a number of weapons available, although these have limited ammunition. Use them sparingly! CONTROLS ======== Choose from Keyboard or the popular Sinclair, Cursor and Kempston joystick interfaces. The space bar changes weapon regardless of the chosen controls. If you're using an emulator with a multi-button joystick or gamepad, it's recommended that you assign the space bar to one of the other available buttons (and probably jump as well, while you're at it!) Keyboard controls are: Q - Up (Jump) A - Down (Descend) O - Left P - Right M - Fire Space - Change weapon DIFFICULTY ========== Choose from 3 difficult settings - Easy, Medium or Hard. Enemies inflict higher amounts of damage on the higher difficulty settings. If you complete the game on Easy or Medium, the game continues back at the first stage on the next highest difficulty setting with all remaining weapons and power-ups. Feeling brave? See if you can power through from Easy to Hard and finish the game in one sitting! TIPS ==== * Avoid enemies and reach higher/lower platforms by pressing UP to jump / DOWN to descend. Beware though, you're most vulnerable while in mid-air! * Some enemies cause more damage than others, and some harm you on contact, while others can only harm you with their projectiles. * There are a number of hidden power ups, and ones which require special manoeuvres to obtain safely. * Weapons have different properties (some can travel through solid objects, for example) and are better suited to certain enemy types and situations. * Things are not always as they first appear...
